Skin Resurfacing - Wondering what procedure if any would be able to remove a large vertical scar from about 3 inches above belly down to bikini line? Please let me know ASAP. I can send pictures if necessary.

Unfortunately you can't completely eliminate a scar. The best option is a revision where you remove the old scar and replace it with a thinner, more attractive, less noticeable scar and in some cases, laser resurfacing after scar revision can also help. But it's important to have realistic expectations because it won't ever be invisible.
