Lip Lift - I'm wondering if it's at all possible to have any surgery which can increase the length of the tongue. Is there?

There are definitely procedures to release the frenulum (band of tissue) under the tongue which can allow greater movement of the tongue in children who are "tongue tied." This doesn't technically lengthen then tongue but allows greater movement. There are also procedures to split the tongue but no procedures to lengthen the tongue.
