Facelift - If the results of the Silhouette Instalift last on average 18-36 months as I've read and the primary long lasting benefit is the collagen stimulated, does that mean after 18-36 months the collagen stimulated from the procedure is no longer there?

That's correct, the result of the procedure continues to work because of the collagen formed but once the collagen is degraded and absorbed, the treatment may need to be repeated.
